Standard rental period is 7 to 10 days, which covers the vast majority of cleanouts and renovation jobs. Need it longer? Just message us before your pickup date and we'll work it out.

Fill it to the top of the bin walls, but not above — level with the top edge. Material piled above the bin walls can't be legally hauled on the road, so anything overfilled will need to be removed before pickup.

Not in the flat-rate $505 bin. Concrete, soil, and roofing shingles are heavy materials that are better suited to a pay-as-you-go, per-tonne pricing model rather than our flat rate. Prohibited items — like hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, and oils — can result in us refusing pickup until they're removed, or additional disposal fees being applied. Check the accepted items list for your specific job type before loading.

You can book months in advance if you already know your dates. If you need something sooner, same-day booking is available depending on bin availability.

Yes — $505 plus GST covers delivery, pickup, and dump fees for a standard 10 yard bin load of accepted materials. There's no additional weighing or per-tonne charge added afterward, unlike many bin rental companies.

The bin is 15 ft long × 6.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high (10 cubic yards) — on your property it takes up about the same room as a parked car. You'll want roughly 16 ft of clear length for the bin, and about 22 ft of clear space for the truck to safely set it down and pick it up. Watch for low branches, carports and power lines overhead too.

Normal placement is on the driveway, but yes — we can set it on the street if you'd rather. Street placement may require a permit from your city, and that's the property owner's responsibility to arrange. Worth checking with your municipality before your delivery date.

Most companies quote a lower base price, then add dump fees once your bin is weighed — so you don't know the real total until after pickup. Ours is $505 + GST, full stop, disposal already included. Flat rate usually wins when you're filling the bin; pay-per-tonne can be cheaper on very light or partial loads — see our other bin options if that sounds more like your job.

No. It's $505 + GST in every city we serve — Abbotsford, Mission, Aldergrove, Chilliwack, Langley and the surrounding Fraser Valley. Our yard is in Abbotsford, so Abbotsford jobs usually turn around fastest, but the price doesn't change based on where you are.

No, as long as we know exactly where the bin goes and the spot is clear. Mark the location or send a photo of the job site when you book, and make sure vehicles are moved out of the way on delivery and pickup day.

Roll-off bins are heavy and sit on steel rails, so there's some risk of marking asphalt or pavers — particularly in hot weather. If that's a concern, lay down plywood where the bin will sit, and let us know when you book.
